How I count visits without cookies
To know how many people read each article, the server records the visit without storing anything in your browser. Your IP address isn’t kept: it’s turned into an anonymous code that changes every day and can’t be used to follow you from one day to the next.
When you move on to a booking platform
When you tap a booking button you land on that platform’s website, which has its own cookie policy. I’d suggest reading it there.
